Philosophy of Care

“I believe in working collaboratively with my patients to develop a plan of care that best fits their needs. Everyone has different health ideas, healthcare needs, and different concerns for their own well-being. My aim is to create personalized care that meets the needs of each unique individual. I specialize in plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine in order to minimize or reduce the need for conventional medications if appropriate.”

Struggling to lose weight through diet and exercise? With Kelly as your provider, you’ll receive personalized care and access to the support you’ll need to start your journey toward optimal health and wellness. You’ll also be able to get care for other conditions like prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, depression, anxiety, and more.

Kelly graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with her BSN in Nursing in 2002. In 2015 she again graduated from UAA with her master’s in nursing with a specialty as a family nurse practitioner. She is also certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University.
