Judy is a board certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist, in practice for 21 years.  She treats muscle pain and weakness from a variety of causes, acute as well as chronic.  Headaches, TMJ, carpal tunnel, neck, back, hip and leg, shoulder and arm pain are all commonly treated by Myofascial therapy.

Judy grew up and spent most of her young adulthood in Washington, raising her two children there.  After her children were off at college, Judy headed to the East Coast to attend the Bonnie Prudden School for Myotherapy and Physical Fitness.  The two year school trained Judy in anatomy, physiology, and she was trained on how to teach exercise on every level from baby swimming to wheel chair exercises.

After graduation, she opened an office in Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA.  She was invited to Anchorage to demonstrate myofascial trigger point therapy to an orthopedic surgeon on his chronic pain patients and eventually sold her practice on the East Coast and made Anchorage her home.  She has now been here for 19 years!
